Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how peakforecast.ai uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies, and the choices you have.
Please note. This page was prepared from a template — have it reviewed by legal counsel, and keep it in sync with the tools you actually run.
01 What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. "Local storage" is a related technology browsers use to save small amounts of data. Together they help sites remember information and function correctly.
02 How we use them
PeakForecast uses essential storage to run the site (for example, remembering the launch-countdown timer), as well as analytics and advertising cookies from third parties — Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand site usage and to deliver and measure our ads. Where required by law, we set non-essential cookies only after you consent.
03 Categories
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work (e.g., basic UI state and the launch countdown). These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device) so we can improve it. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising & targeting
The Meta (Facebook) Pixel lets us measure ad performance and show you relevant ads, including retargeting, on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage these via your Meta ad preferences.
04 Managing cookies
When required, we present a cookie banner so you can accept or decline non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and use the provider opt-outs linked above. Blocking essential storage may affect how the site works.
05 Changes
We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and revise the "Last updated" date above.
