Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Forecast ("PeakForecast", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit peakforecast.ai or sign up for our beta.
Please note. This policy was prepared from a template — have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.
01 Who we are
PeakForecast.ai is operated by Peak Forecast, located at 4512 Poinsett St Unit B, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582, United States. For any privacy questions, contact us at privacy@peakforecast.ai.
02 Information we collect
Information you give us
- Beta signup: your name and email address.
- Enterprise inquiry: name, job title, work email, company name and website, industry, company size, your stated needs, project challenge, data sources, timeline, and budget range.
- Any other information you choose to send us (e.g., by email).
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, via standard server logs.
- Analytics & advertising data: through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, we and these providers collect usage data, online identifiers, and cookie data about how you interact with our site — to measure performance and to deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
- Limited local storage in your browser to run site features (e.g., the launch countdown). See our Cookie Policy.
03 How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide early access to the beta.
- To contact you about your request, the product, and launch updates.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To measure site performance and to run, target, and measure our marketing and advertising — including analytics via Google Analytics and retargeting via the Meta Pixel.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business as the legal basis for processing.
04 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, because we use analytics and advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel), some sharing of online identifiers with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state laws like the CCPA/CPRA — you can opt out (see Your rights). We share information with the following providers, who process it under appropriate agreements:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM and email/marketing automation (stores your form submissions).
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Google — Google Analytics, for website analytics and measurement.
- Meta Platforms — the Meta Pixel, for advertising, measurement, and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights.
05 Cookies & tracking
We use essential storage to run the site, plus analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (the Meta Pixel). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. For full details and your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
06 Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above — typically while you remain an interested prospect or user, and for a reasonable period afterward — then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for tax or compliance purposes).
07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights apply to you, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Opt out of targeted advertising: California (and similar state) residents may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can do this by declining non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, using your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or emailing us. You can also manage ad preferences directly with Meta and opt out of Google Analytics.
To exercise any right, email privacy@peakforecast.ai. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
08 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Learn more on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
09 International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
10 Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
