Security

Protecting your data is fundamental to how we build PeakForecast. This page outlines the measures we take to keep your information safe.
Please note. This page was prepared from a template — keep only statements that remain accurate as your setup evolves.
01 Data encryption
All traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data you submit is stored by our infrastructure and CRM providers, which encrypt data at rest.
02 Infrastructure
Our website is hosted on Vercel, a managed cloud platform with enterprise-grade infrastructure, DDoS protection, and a global edge network. Form submissions are processed and stored in HighLevel / LeadConnector, our CRM provider.
03 Access controls
Access to personal data is limited to authorised team members who need it to do their job, protected by strong authentication. We follow the principle of least privilege.
04 Compliance
We design our practices to align with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA. As an early-stage company, we do not yet hold formal certifications such as SOC 2, and we will update this page as our compliance program matures.
05 Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email security@peakforecast.ai with the details. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure, and avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours.
06 Your role
Security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong, unique password where applicable, keep your devices up to date, and be alert to phishing. We will never ask for your password by email.
